Every Sivo order ships free, anywhere in India.

Where we ship

We currently deliver to addresses in India only, to any PIN code our courier partners serve. We don’t ship internationally yet.

What it costs

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value.

When your order ships

• Ready-made pieces are dispatched within 3 business days of your order being confirmed.
• Personalised and custom pieces are made to order, so they take longer. We’ll give you an estimated dispatch date when you order.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

How long delivery takes

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Deliveries to remote areas can take longer. Delivery times are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched we’ll email you a tracking link. If you haven’t received it within 3 business days of ordering, write to wear.sivo@gmail.com.

Payment

All orders are prepaid online at checkout. We don’t offer cash on delivery.

Your address

Please check your shipping address carefully. If you spot a mistake, email us before your order is dispatched and we’ll correct it. We can’t redirect a parcel once it’s with the courier.

Packaging

Each piece ships in an anti-tarnish pouch inside a sealed parcel. If the parcel arrives damaged or opened, please record an unboxing video — see our returns and refunds policy.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, or it hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, email us and we’ll take it up with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full.
