These terms apply when you use the Sivo website or buy from us. Please read them before you order.

Who we are

This website is run by Chiluka Shivani, a sole proprietor trading as Sivo. “Sivo”, “we” and “us” mean that business. “You” means the person using the website or placing an order.

Using this website

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, our shipping policy and our returns and refunds policy. To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law, or order with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You agree not to misuse the website: no fraudulent orders, no attempts to interfere with its operation or security, and no copying of its content for commercial use.

Our pieces

• Our jewellery is made in 925 sterling silver, some with plating and an anti-tarnish coating, as described on each product page.
• Pieces are made in small batches and personalised pieces by hand, so small variations between a piece and its photos are normal and are not defects.
• Colours can look different on different screens.
• Plating wears gradually with use. Our care guide explains how to make it last.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Shipping within India is free.
• Payment is taken in full at checkout by card, UPI, net banking or wallet through our payment gateway, Razorpay. We don’t offer cash on delivery.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it’s confirmed.

Orders

When you place an order you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, we’ll refund any payment in full.

Personalised pieces

You are responsible for checking the spelling, initials, characters and options you choose for a personalised piece before you order. We make it exactly as entered, so we can’t replace or refund a personalised piece because of an error in the details you gave us. Please don’t ask us to personalise anything offensive or that infringes someone else’s rights; we may cancel such orders.

Discount codes

Discount codes, including our newsletter welcome offer, can be used once per customer unless stated otherwise, can’t be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and may expire or be withdrawn.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Damaged, faulty or incorrect pieces, cancellations and refunds are covered by our returns and refunds policy.

Intellectual property

The Sivo name and logo, our designs, and the text, images and other content on this website belong to Sivo or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any liability that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

Grievance officer

If you have a complaint about an order, a product or how we handle your information, write to our grievance officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receiving it.
